Our love for hosting events, from intimate to large scale, sets us apart from any other venue in the city. Our team delivers upscale service from your first meeting. We know that no two events are the same, nor do we want them to be. Our tight knit team will be with you every step of the way to make sure your event is flawless.

Room 1520’s open space gives you the versatility to transform our elegant, urban venue into the perfect event space. Our unique space spans two levels adjoined by a handcrafted staircase and has a fully furnished VIP/green room with its own private entrance and restroom.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All of our available tour times are right on our website! Just click here and we will put you on our calendar.

  • Street parking is ample after 4pm on weekdays and wide open on the weekends! There are also lots within walking distance on Spot Hero.

  • We do not allow outside alcohol to be brought in. However, we have a full liquor license and would be happy to make accommodations for special requests when necessary!

  • Gratuity is not included for any bar package!

  • Of course!! We have a soft drink snd juice package for people under 21 or non-drinkers. For $12 per person for the duration of the event!

  • We always encourage you to bring in one of our preferred DJs but in case that is not of interest, we can run Spotify through our speaker system for you. We also are equipped for a band or musician!

  • Sure is! We have an ADA elevator.

  • They are! We have hightop and cabaret cocktail tables, round tables, and rectangular dining tables available. They will need linens which your caterer can provide for you. We have 2 chair options for you to choose from. All of our luxe lounge furniture is included as well!

  • Yes, we have the AV equipment necessary to run your video through our system. We do ask that you have someone to run the video and bring your own laptop and we will supply the HDMI connector. We do recommend a test run prior to your event. We want to ensure everything runs properly!

  • Absolutely, that’s what we are here for! Contact us for ideas and browse our vendor list. We have vendors that can offer fun games, inflatables, lighting, and so much more to make your event stand out.

  • We do ask that you use one of our amazing exclusive caterers. All of our vendors listed have worked within our space numerous times and know how to execute the perfect event which makes them our top picks! We are open to outside catering suggestions!

  • While we love all of our preferred vendors we are open to bringing in your preference of outside vendors. We chose ours due to their excellent execution they have provided in the past, but this is not a must from us.

  • Absolutely! Please reach out to Celeste to check availability.

  • The West Loop has lots of options for hotels and overnight stays. The Hyatt House West Loop and The Publishing House are just a short uber ride away!

  • Of course!  Dogs are welcome for photos and ceremony.  

  • Glassware and linens are provided by your caterer however you can choose to use tossware instead!

  • Sure!  As long as Room 1520 is available you are welcome to rehearse for one hour during business hours with no fees. Confirm with Celeste for availability!
