Like no other venue in the city, Aérée Loft at Room 1520 offers an urban, elegant and luxurious loft space. Directly off the street is the venue's dramatic 16-foot-tall glass entryway, which becomes magnificently illuminated by Italian crystal chandeliers within.

Inside, the dramatic foyer is graced by a beautiful artisan staircase that leads up to a versatile great room. The great room is adorned with 11-foot ceilings, 17 crystal chandeliers and large, stunning restrooms.

The space totals 5,000 sq. ft. and is a bright, white, blank slate that can be transformed into the perfect setting for any type of gathering from weddings, corporate to social events. There is space enough for a dance floor, dinner service and more.

Adjacent to the loft space is a private VIP/Bridal suite, complete with a private restroom and mini-bar area.
